  • What do you actually do at D3?

    As performance manager, I'm responsible for the daily upkeep of a portfolio of performance clients. I make sure the accounts are well oiled and continually drive and reach business objectives.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    (insert GOAT emoji here). Coming from a widespread search and digital background, I've had the opportunity to work on some of NZ largest search accounts being at the forefront of digital innovation. I'm able to bring this knowledge over to the D3 team to ensure our clients are always utilising the latest features and best practices to drive serious business growth.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    By forming trusting and transparent relationships. I pride myself on working with the client to understand the pain points and exercise my knowledge to come up with collaborative ways to achieve said goals within the digital space.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Being tasked to tackle and transform a new account that has historically undelivered prior to joining D3. I would say driving +133% more leads for only a +58% increase in investment was rewarding despite just joining the team! Watch this space?

    What D3 value do you most align to?

    Innovation! Being bold and reacting to changes to discover new opportunities for clients in this forever changing digital space! (while having fun ofc!)

    If you had a superpower what would it be?

    The ability to change the font of someone's device to comic sans. Or Superior Adaptation? It would be epic to gain the continuous circumstantial evolution and be able to adapt to any situation. Being reactive and adjusting capabilities to the environment like gaining night vision after being in the dark for several seconds or intelligence increasing to understanding Quantum Physics by simply thinking about it.
