  • What do you actually do at D3?

    I put the time and effort in to create and manage social media campaigns to a high standard, whilst researching new up-and-coming features that can be put into action for our clients.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    The ability to bring a different context to the media landscape. I had originally studied to become a Radiotherapist, and after taking some time out after my degree to travel and work abroad I decided on a career change which led me to the D3 team. A major focus since starting this role has been learning, developing new skills and having the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    Being responsive to any requests received and following through. The ability to prioritise my day so that I can focus on the tasks which make a difference to our clients in order to deliver great results.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Working with the team to develop processes that allow us to work smoothly and without error. Being agile with the ways of working with Facebook

    What D3 value do you most align to?

    Commitment, when you do something you love and are passionate about then commitment comes naturally. Not only do I love working with the team and our clients in order to achieve the goals set out, but also doing our best to surpass that goal!

    If you had a superpower what would it be?

    Animal Communication – it may not be advantageous if I ever found myself in a Marvel blockbuster but being able to live in the shoes of Doctor Dolittle is more up my alley!
