  • What do you actually do at D3?

    My role involves leading our accounts and making sure we deliver the best outcomes possible. I act as a key point of contact for clients and offer support in media strategy while guiding the team in the execution of campaigns.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    I’m a team player who is committed to the progress of the team as a whole. I believe treating others with kindness and respect is key and when things don’t go to plan, I make an effort to guide the team towards solutions. Having several years of experience in client service and media planning across various categories, I’m able to use my background to bring a fresh perspective to the agency. Finally, I’m constantly looking for opportunities to grow and always welcome feedback to help me improve.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    Our clients are the experts on their business and developing a thorough understanding of each brand’s challenges and strengths is the best foundation for us to give our full support and develop new opportunities for growth. I value true business partnerships (rather than focusing on transactions as an end goal) and believe that each campaign offers a chance for both parties to learn from each other and further our skill set.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Being new to D3, my biggest success so far has been getting up to speed with our accounts and building an understanding of their business needs so that I can be in the best position possible to help our clients’ brands reach their full potential. Stay tuned for updates!

    If you had a superpower what would it be?

    Teleportation – I’d love to see everything the world has to offer. Plus, how good would it be to skip all the traffic!
