  • What do you actually do at D3?

    Manage the accounts team and nurture our client relationships.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    My passion and determination to strive for the best results for my clients and the ability to do so at speed without loss of creativity. Being a fast learner, agile with any and all tasks thrown my way. Extensive knowledge in digital media, spanning from video tech solutions to programmatic to social. I founded Women in Media in 2019 to give the industry a platform and community for women of all levels and professional backgrounds in media, marketing or advertising. It is a hub for women in the industry to discuss challenges, share personal career experiences and have the opportunity to collaborate with likeminded women.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    Having worked across a wide range of clients in Australia and New Zealand I have a strong knowledge of both markets and bring this wealth of knowledge to my clients at D3. My experience and proactivity means that I can be effectively responsive to my client’s needs and help them achieve their business goals. I’m always available at the drop of a hat and able to react quickly to the often dynamic nature of the industry, ensuring that I’m equipped to put my clients needs and results first.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Successfully navigating the challenges of a brand new business and delivering best-in-class service and performance for D3’s clients. The continued success and strength of the agency has allowed me to build and nurture a strong team of client service professionals who are equally dedicated to providing exceptional output and driving innovation at D3 forward.

    What D3 value do you most align to?

    Commitment – I can, hand-on-heart, say that I give 1000% to my clients so the value of being committed resonates with me strongly. I’m highly passionate about solving complex business problems, achieving on-going top results (sometimes at the expense of driving our performance team insane!) and being consistently innovative to ensure that our clients feel that their brands are continuously growing and evolving.

    Immortality – to experience more than one lifetime.
