  • What do you actually do at D3?

    Primarily, I ensure that content is ready to go live when it needs to. This means nurturing relationships with creative agencies to monitor progress towards a deadline and with media owners to check the correct specifications are met. I have a background in visual arts and writing, which comes in handy when contributing creatively and editing copy.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    I’m both an analytical and creative thinker; I enjoy interpreting data and solving problems, then using this research to formulate innovative ideas across formats. I’m lucky enough at D3 to have the freedom to do both! I have a strong work ethic so you can rely on me to go above and beyond to deliver results.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    Firstly – be an active listener and take notes so you can fully understand what your client wants. Following this, consistent communication without delay is imperative to creating a successful working relationship.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    What D3 value do you most align to?

    Authenticity. It’s an unfortunately rare occurrence to find a company that prioritises doing what is right over what is easiest, but a business with integrity will. Authenticity necessitates transparency, which allows for open communication and thus, successful collaboration.

    If you had a superpower what would it be?

    I would love to be able to teleport to anywhere in the world (or universe) immediately. Goodbye Auckland traffic, hello weekends in Bora Bora.
