What do you actually do at D3?
Develop mathematical models and automation methods ensuring that our team and client's decisions are driven by data insights. A bit of dashboarding and GA4 as well.
What makes you invaluable to D3?
Enthusiasm. Digital analytics is going through an upheaval at the moment due to the death of cookies and changing privacy regulation. New methods are constantly coming out in response and I'm always excited to get something new implemented.
What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?
Making sure our clients have accurate, relevant analytics so they can be confident their campaigns are meeting their goals.
What has been your biggest success since joining D3?
Building an automated pacing system saving our performance team a lot of time.
What D3 value do you most align to?
Innovation. So much is changing in digital analytics at the moment, you need to constantly be looking ahead to new possibilities.
If you had a superpower what would it be?
Money like iron man.
