  • What do you actually do at D3?

Being in the client service team I ‘own’ my client’s business, working to ensure they receive top level customer service and the absolute best outcomes for their business objectives. Working across all verticals of media from outdoor to radio to digital I make sure campaigns are planned and implemented successfully while managing internal and external stakeholders.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

Coming from a very strong digital background with experience across performance and platforms I transfer those skills into my planning role. I strongly believe the best planners come from a performance background because they understand the depths of platforms and are able to create the best media strategies for their clients.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

Understanding the client’s business and all the things that come along with it! In order to be a good partner for our clients I believe we need to understand not only their business but also the people and culture that are associated with it. Understanding people allows you to be an advocate for them, to challenge media owners for better outcomes and to push boundaries in your own work.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

Working two years in digital ad operations coming to D3 I had to be agile and pick up new skills across all media channels. Within my first 3 months I planned a massive nationwide outdoor and TV campaign which was very successful. Hitting the ground running I learnt as I worked and have come out of it a pretty strong negotiator ensuring my clients get the best value and deals across the full media network.

What D3 value do you most align to?

Authenticity! Definitely a value I like to live in and outside of work. Client service is about building strong and robust relationships which you can’t do without being authentic and real. Being a ‘challenger’ agency it’s important we back ourselves in being true and honest to lead our clients with professionalism and pride.

If you had a superpower what would it be?

One superpower I would love to have is time travel! I like to think of myself as a child of the world and I love everything new and old. I would love to travel back in time to see the Elizabethan Era or fast forward to the next century. Just experience the evolution of society and time periods…sounds like a dream!
