  • What do you actually do at D3?

    I create and report on social media campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring each and every campaign receives the attention it needs to perform strongly through constant optimisation and monitoring.

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    I have a master’s in politics, philosophy and economics and the cross-disciplinary aspect of this degree has provided me with the skill set to interpret data in detail, whilst still being able to zoom-out on issues and to consider things holistically. Data is only as good as the novel insights you uncover to derive actionable change.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    It comes down to solid time management and commitment. No job should be considered done unless our clients are beyond satisfied with the performance of their campaigns.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Keeping the office’s fish alive for two weeks.
