  • What do you actually do at D3?

I am a Business Manager at D3. This means that I manage the day-to-day operations of my client service team, from campaign planning to execution and reporting. Most importantly, I manage and maintain relationships with important clients and media partners - ensuring that we are able to produce the highest quality of work possible for our partners.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

While most people think it is simply my good looks and charm that got me this job, I use my interpersonal skills and hard-working nature to maintain our client relationships and produce quality work for them. While my background is in digital media primarily, I have hit the ground running at D3 working with offline media owners and planning full-funnel campaigns.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

In order to put our clients' needs and results first, I always aim to figure out what they value above all else. Once I know this, I can ignore the fluff around the edges and really focus on delivering business results for our partners. Maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with all partners allows us to produce the best results for our clients, which is why I put such an emphasis on this aspect of my job.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

Since I am early on in my D3 tenure, I know that my biggest successes are still to come. In saying that however, I am immensely proud of the work myself and my team have been able to accomplish for our clients so far. In particular, I have strived to bring my fresh perspective to our team in order to streamline any processes that were making their lives more difficult.

What D3 value do you most align to?

Excellence. I am a strong believer in giving every task your all. This doesn't mean perfection by any means, but the pursuit of excellence is what pushes our clients ahead of their competitors, and in turn D3 to the forefront of the media industry.

If you had a superpower what would it be?

Teleportation - quick weekend in Amalfi? Don't mind if I do.
