What do you actually do at D3?

As a Data Analyst, I take care of collecting, storing and analyzing all of the data at D3. I automate reporting and create dashboards so stakeholders can access a single source of truth for all their data.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

I help to ensure that reporting is conducted as efficiently and consistently as possible. I help improve systems and uncover insights that help the team make better decisions.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

I take the time to understand what information is most valuable to them and work tirelessly to ensure that they are receiving the correct information in a timely manner.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

I helped the data team transition to a new business intelligence/dashboarding software and have automated the collection of data from some tricky sources.

What D3 value do you most align to?

Honesty and transparency. D3 is all about communication and sharing all available information with its clients, which is something that I value immensely.

If you had a superpower what would it be?

My superpower would be to turn plastic waste into pies. That way I could do my part in helping the planet and be rewarded for my efforts with a tasty snack.
