  • What do you actually do at D3?

    I tag, track, and monitor ad performance for the whole performance team across Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and DV360

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    Reliability. Proactive nature. Positive attitude. A drive to learn new skills. A willingness to push beyond the scope of a job description. Always striving to make my managers' jobs easier.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    Listening to what the client wants to achieve through their advertising, then carefully tracking progress from day to day, and making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met. Constantly communicating with the client through the Client Services team and using feedback to ensure the client is happy with performance. As well as ensuring that I am always available for the client.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Managing a campaign on my own from start to finish.
