Working with the team to manage and build relationships with our clients to ensure we are planning and buying media to meet their business needs.

A combination of dedication, adaptability and an eagerness to learn. I love working with my team to strive for client success while having fun in the process!

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

Setting up a solid process to ensure we are truly understanding our clients' business goals and making them feel supported every step of the way.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

Stepping out of my comfort zone and working with the team on annual strategy plans has been a highlight so far!

What D3 value do you most align to?

Collaboration - I love tapping into the skills and knowledge of my team, as well as working closely with the performance and data teams to achieve great client work!
