What do you actually do at D3?

Manage the SEO output for the agency and its clients.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

I am obsessed with improving my client's rankings. I have been in the SEO game a while, so know exactly what can make a website tick, and how to supercharge its results.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

I don't care about vanity metrics, I try to understand exactly what my client's business goals are, and how organic search can play a part in achieving them.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

Already seen impressive results for two clients in just a couple of months

What D3 value do you most align to?

Commitment. My emotional well-being is dictated by 2pm, when SEMrush updates their ranking results.

If you had a superpower what would it be?

I've always loved the film/book "Jumper" so probably teleportation. Being able to "jump" into Berlin for a night out would be amazing
