What do you actually do at D3?
I set up, manage and optimize paid media campaign performance and ensure the client's KPIs are met. In addition I analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve results. I collaborate with other teams and manage budgets so campaigns run efficiently while learning new industry trends and tools.
What makes you invaluable to D3?
Naturally, I would say the random facts I tell colleagues over lunch, but it is my ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and my eagerness to learn. The digital media space is evolving constantly, and upskilling my knowledge has beneficial impacts on my team, myself and, importantly- clients.
What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?
Understanding their current and past KPIs with D3, alongside building a strong relationship where I am able to show transparency in results and embody a receptive nature of issues that may arise. Ensuring communication on my end is fast and detailed, explaining the hows and whys of all things performance-based.
What has been your biggest success since joining D3?
I enjoy the opportunity to take ownership of clients and give my own input into how they can succeed in achieving their goals.
What D3 value do you most align to?
Collaboration - I work best when I have the ability to share and obtain knowledge across all teams. (and fun)
If you had a superpower what would it be?
The ability to talk to all animals. I want to know how pigeons feel to have been domesticated by humans for communication then abandoned and left roaming the streets searching for their purpose.
