  • What do you actually do at D3?

    My role at D3 is to make sure we are delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients, our people and of course our business today and tomorrow. Developing an intimate understanding of client business and being hands on in their business is an essential part of every day. Being a true partner to our clients is how we create solutions that drive their business forwards in the short and long term. I manage the day-to-day finances of D3 whilst also being pretty adept at assembling flat pack furniture for the team when required!

    What makes you invaluable to D3?

    Primarily my ability to assemble flat packed furniture but also understanding that delivering successful outcomes for our clients, takes dedication, perseverance, curiosity, a sprinkling of patience and plenty of experience. As a veteran to the NZ media industry, I bring to D3 over 20 years of experience in client leadership, digital and media strategy; over the years I have earned recognition and effectiveness awards for many of the largest brands across the UK, Europe, and New Zealand. Throughout my career I have focused on understanding what drives success for our clients.

    What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

    We know that D3 can only be successful if we create great relationships with and success for our clients. The most exciting thing about working here at D3 is that the hugely talented team can leverage our collective learning to make our client solutions more powerful and effective. Understanding what is required to create success for our clients then unifying our team to achieve these goals is hugely rewarding.

    What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

    Of course, the best is yet to come! However, I am hugely proud of the team we have built and the unique offering our clients benefit from. In a brief time, we have delivered outstanding work and results for our clients whilst building some great relationships across the industry. At D3, we have built a future facing business that will give our clients the clarity and confidence to achieve success both today and into the future.

    What D3 value do you most align to?

    Commitment is the value I most align to – anything can be achieved with demanding work and perseverance!

    If you had a superpower what would it be?

    My preferred superpower would be the ability to look into the future.
