What do you actually do at D3?
Briefly - my role is to keep clients happy, provide them with strategic guidance and deliver measurable results. Broadly though, I am responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, overseeing campaign strategies, and ensuring successful execution. I collaborate with internal teams (whom I rely on heavily) to deliver exceptional media solutions aligned with client objectives, while maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
What makes you invaluable to D3?
Having worked in the ad-tech industry during my formative years helped me gain a better understanding of the media ecosystem as a whole and what goes into planning media for success. I took these learnings into my next set of roles which was dealing with media and comms planning for clients across varied industries and markets. All of this has culminated in me being here, today, at D3 with a unique perspective on things which I'm keen on sharing with others in the team to help them grow.
What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?
Primarily, understanding their objectives, then strategic ways for meeting them which usually involves a lot of testing and learning. To land the plane though, you need regular and effective comms with everyone involved.
What has been your biggest success since joining D3?
Adapting to a new market is always a challenge, but simultaneously working my way through a couple of annual plans in my first few months has been my biggest highlight of the year so far!
What D3 value do you most align to?
Collaboration - you are nothing without your team! Everyone brings something unique to the table and that's how magic happens.
If you had a superpower what would it be?
I like to travel and see the world so ideally the ability to fly (for free)?
