What do you actually do at D3?

I implement and optimize digital campaigns across an array of platforms to maximise performance and ROI for my clients. By frequently analyzing and reporting on data, I extract valuable insights to determine ways of increasing campaign efficiency and effectiveness, all in order to achieve our client's targets and KPIs.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

My eagerness to learn! The digital space is vast and constantly evolving, and being able to master new skills excites me. Working through complex challenges can result in exponential growth - the deeper my knowledge is, the more valuable I am to both my team and my clients.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

By understanding their business goals from the start, and maintaining a strong relationship by being transparent, proactive and receptive with honest and open channels of communication.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

Anytime a client is happy is success for me, but a stand out has to be pitching, building and launching a new campaign in the Australian market.

What D3 value do you most align to?

Collaboration. By leveraging a range of perspectives and skills to achieve the best results for our clients, all while learning and upskilling from the shared knowledge is an absolute win-win situation!

If you had a superpower what would it be?

Teleportation - I'd be in a new country every weekend!
