Business Manager — Auckland

The Opportunity:

D3 is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Manager to join our Client Service team.
With 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within a media agency, you’ll be responsible for
leading day-to-day client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving best-in-class
media planning and buying outcomes.
This is a pivotal client-facing role - balancing strategic guidance with hands-on delivery. You
will manage two large strategic clients and a few small tactical brands, reporting directly into
our D3 Client Partner. You’ll lead client WIPs, manage multi-channel media plans, and
collaborate across Performance, Data and SEO teams to deliver measurable results. The ideal
candidate is obsessed with client service and building strong relationships, with experience
translating data into actionable insights that power business outcomes.

Business Director — Auckland

The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal role at D3. As Business Director, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key
client accounts alongside some tactical campaign clients - acting as the senior lead and trusted
partner for some of our most important relationships.
You'll be a natural connector: someone who understands their clients' businesses deeply, translates
complex data into clear strategic direction, and earns the respect of senior stakeholders on both sides.
You will lead a team of a Business Manager and Business Executive, ensuring high-quality delivery,
proactive communication, and continuous growth across your portfolio.
We're looking for someone available to start as soon as possible - a self-starter who can hit the
ground running, build strong relationships quickly, and make an early impact
