With over a decade of experience across media buying, planning, and senior client leadership, Courtney has built her career across some of the most respected agency networks in New Zealand and the UK.
Before joining D3, she held senior leadership roles at EssenceMediacom and dentsu in Auckland, where she led business across major local and global portfolios. Prior to returning to New Zealand, Courtney spent over five years at UM Worldwide in London — one of the fastest-growing global media agencies — leading integrated planning and buying across clients in finance, FMCG, and pharma.
Her career spans the full media discipline, from her early foundations in media buying and planning at FCB New Zealand through to directing multi-brand, multi-market strategies at scale. That breadth gives her a rare ability to connect big-picture thinking with sharp execution.
Courtney is known for her client-first approach — taking the time to understand the real business challenges behind a brief and building campaigns that deliver genuine commercial impact. She brings energy, rigour, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does.
