Denise Tan is a Business Director at D3 with a digital strategy background and over 12 years' experience spanning the full media mix — from print, radio, and TV through to paid search, social, and programmatic.

Before joining D3, Denise held progressive senior roles across leading New Zealand agency networks, including MBM, PHD, and Web Antler. As Digital Director at MBM, she owned the development and delivery of digital strategies across key accounts and led clients through digital transformation. At PHD, she rose from Digital Account Manager to Senior Digital Account Manager, building digital strategies that addressed both immediate performance goals and longer-term data and capability maturity. Her work has been recognised at the Beacons, WARC, and APAC Effie Awards, including Golds.

At D3, Denise oversees senior client relationships and ensures strategic rigour across media planning and investment. She brings genuine cross-channel expertise — from platform-level execution through to commercial strategy — with a rare ability to hold both the commercial picture and the campaign detail in view at the same time, ensuring media spend is grounded in strategy and built to deliver measurable results.
