Dorothy

Dorothy is the Head of Fun at D3 — a self-appointed role that nobody has had the heart (or the authority) to challenge. Armed with a permanent smile and zero regard for personal space, she is the agency's unofficial culture officer.

Her core competencies include aggressive tail-wagging, performing a full-body wiggle upon the arrival of literally anyone, and sleeping through an entire quarterly business review.

She holds no formal qualifications, is certified in absolutely nothing, and her references will be biased. Her ambition for the year ahead is to convert the last remaining holdout who insists they're "not really a dog person." They will be. They always are.
