Keila is a performance media specialist with strong expertise across biddable channels and digital implementation. She plays a key role in delivering data-driven media campaigns that are both technically robust and commercially effective.

Prior to joining D3, Keila held senior roles at MBM, where she worked across paid search, social, and programmatic, leading campaign execution and optimisation for a range of clients. Her experience spans both strategy and hands-on delivery, with a particular focus on ensuring campaigns are built on strong technical foundations and optimised for performance.

At D3, Keila works closely with media and data teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision — from setup and tracking through to optimisation and reporting. She brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach, helping to translate strategy into high-performing, scalable activity.

Known for her technical capability and consistency, Keila is instrumental in ensuring media activity delivers measurable outcomes and operates efficiently across platforms.
