Torsten is Head of Data and Technology at D3, bringing nearly two decades of experience across data strategy, analytics, and AI-driven marketing solutions. He is responsible for building the data infrastructure and frameworks that enable more intelligent, measurable, and commercially effective media strategies.

Prior to joining D3, Torsten spent five years as Business Intelligence Director at Together, where he led the development of advanced data capabilities, including audience modelling, measurement frameworks, and data integration. His earlier career includes senior data roles at PHD and analytical positions across organisations such as Spark, Mighty River Power, and Orcon, giving him deep experience across both agency and client-side environments.

Torsten specialises in turning complex data into clear, actionable insight — helping brands build privacy-safe data foundations and unlock the full value of their first-party data. His expertise spans data architecture, advanced analytics, and applying AI and machine learning to marketing challenges.

At D3, Torsten plays a central role in shaping the agency’s data and technology offering, developing scalable solutions that connect media, data, and measurement. Known for his analytical rigour and pragmatic approach, he focuses on ensuring data drives real business outcomes — not just reporting, but better decision-making and long-term commercial advantage.
