  • What do you actually do at D3?

I manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms to drive optimal results for my clients. My role involves analyzing data to uncover key insights, allowing for informed, data-driven decisions to boost campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

What makes you invaluable to D3?

It's my combination of dedication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. I’m committed to delivering precise, high-quality results, all while staying agile in a constantly changing industry. I love working with the team to achieve success, always embracing the process with a balance of hard work and fun.

What do you do to put your clients’ needs and results first?

I feel that active listening is important to fully understand client goals and challenges. In an industry where things shift constantly, staying attuned to client needs is important to delivering the best possible outcomes, which would, in turn, help build trust and deliver solutions.

What has been your biggest success since joining D3?

I’d say my biggest success so far has been being trusted with some of the agency's major clients just a couple of months in. It’s a huge win for me! It really shows the team's faith in me, and I’m excited to contribute and help drive great results. A client win would mean an agency win, which would, in turn, mean my win as well!!

What D3 value do you most align to?

I align with D3’s values of excellence, commitment, and collaboration, all while having fun! I believe in striving for the highest quality in everything I do, dedicating myself fully to my work and team, and working together to achieve our goals. Plus, I think it’s important to enjoy the journey, making our time together as productive as it is!

If you had a superpower what would it be?

The superpower to have all superpowers would be the ultimate game-changer! Imagine the limitless possibilities—teleporting anywhere, becoming invisible or even time travelling. But if I were to choose one, it would be teleportation. It's a pain point, staying away from family and friends. Being able to teleport and meet them would be insane!
